Lynrd Skynrd in Vegas closed down, I think last year.

I went there once, it wasn't terrible but it was pricey. They had a Kreuz sign up on their wall along with other memorabilia.

The description sounded good, so I went to their webpage. I'm not an expert, but I'm almost positive that the picture they have of the "brisket" is actually tri-tip. Reminds me of my trip to California where the BBQ is tri-tip, but at least they call it that and don't lie. Also a photo on yelp shows that they cut diagonal across the grain, which works for tri-tip, but not for brisket. Tri-tip is easier to cook and more forgiving than brisket. Perhaps I'm wrong, but if I am, then they are at least trimming the fat cap of the brisket. Drew, start holding these imposters accountable! Clearly we need government oversight into BBQ!!!
