Inside look at outside-chopped-pork sandwich

Just before heading to the airport to fly back to Texas a couple of weeks ago, I grabbed a sandwich at Full Moon Bar-B-Que (Hoover, AL): outside-chopped pork, sauce, pickles, & chow chow. Here's a look inside:
