The rest from Smokey Denmark's at Twisted X

Rest of the pics from Smokey Denmark's BBQ, which was parked at Twisted X Brewing Co. when I took a Texas Q Tours tour there. Pitmaster Bill Dumas was really generous with his time & toys. He let me add some wood to the fire in the smoker, and he let me play with some old knives (That's never a good idea!).
