Smokestak (London, UK)

A couple of Friday nights ago, I spent an evening at Street Feast in London. One of the many food stalls was Smokestak. They served Texas favorites like brisket and beef ribs. Even had a cutting block and used butcher paper. Want more Texas? Appears from their website that their smoker is a Klose pit, all the way from Houston. Here are some pics:
