Cubed (big or small). Crushed. Shaved. If you're like I am, you care about a restaurant's ice. I've seen a range of ice types at various Texas BBQ joints. I'm curious to know which Texas BBQ joint you think has the best ice.
Personally prefer crushed ice over cubed since there's more surface area to cool down the iced tea. Shaved ice melts too quickly for long term cold factor.
