There shouldn't be any doubt about the tremendous increase in popularity of Texas BBQ throughout the past few years. But I'm curious whether that popularity is still rising. Is it? Is Texas BBQ's popularity going up, going down, or staying about the same?

I think we will dump the bad and near bead over the next couple of years and the good will survive for as long as they want to blow that smoke
Agree with Nick. Got a lot of new entrants into the market, only so many that the market will bear. Just like all the craft beer players here. Good ones will make it through.
Once a trend gets going, that is usually the way it plays out.
