Backyard BBQ: Brisket & Pork Butt

Our 17th Backyard BBQ submission comes from our friend Colby Walton (@colbywalton) in Colleyville, TX. He christened his new Karubecue C-60 by smoking a brisket & pork butt. Wish I'd been in Colleyville that day!
