Backyard BBQ: Brisket

Our 19th Backyard BBQ submission is the first repeat submission to be featured. First, Wes Broussard (Pflugerville, TX) gave us some barbacoa. Now, some brisket he smoked last weekend.

I'm really liking the look of that coarse, peppery bark. Puts me in the mind of the Mueller family's work.
