Our 9th Backyard BBQ submission comes from Wes Broussard (@BroussardW), of Pflugerville, TX. In his words: "Picked up the cow head at Fiesta on Friday. Put it on the smoker at 6am Sunday morning and pulled it off around midnight. It came out great. Also made salsa and had freshly made corn and flour tortillas." I have no doubt these pics will come to mind next time I order a barbacoa bowl at Chipotle.
