Porky's Trailer (Austin, TX) has closed.

After about a month in business, Porky's Trailer has closed. Friday was its last. On Friday, before I knew it was their last day of business, I tweeted that I'd just driven by Porky's (located at Bouldin Creek Food Park on South 1st St.) and planned to make my first visit ASAP. Afterward, Porky's contacted me to inform me they were closing. I wish the folks behind Porky's well.

Porky's Trailer open in Austin

One week ago today, Porky's Trailer opened for business in Austin. Porky's is located at the Bouldin Creek Food Park (1207 South 1st Street). Currently open daily from 11-7. The folks behind Porky's have been serving BBQ at state fairs and festivals since 1983. If you've been, let me know. I'll get there soon and take pics for the blog.
