Sandwich to-go from Doc's BBQ (Crockett, TX)

A recent stop at Doc's BBQ (Crockett, TX). Got a sandwich (half sliced brisket, half turkey) to go. Took the sandwich pics in the car, and the picture quality leaves something to be desired. Even so...

Chopped-beef sandwich from Doc's BBQ (Crockett, TX)

Driving from Nacogdoches to Austin last week, I paid my first visit to Doc's BBQ in Crockett, Texas. I made a pit stop at a gas station, saw a BBQ joint next door, and, though I'd already eaten lunch, popped in for a chopped-beef sandwich with pickles and onions. Didn't know the sauce would be mixed in with the beef, or I would've asked for it on the side. Check out the big turkey legs. You don't see that very often. Anyone know of other Texas BBQ joints that serve turkey legs?
