1st visit to Dixieland BBQ (San Antonio, TX)

Sunday, I had the pleasure of attending Burgers BBQ Beer, a great event at Pearl Brewery in San Antonio, organized by Culinaria. One of the many booths was Dixieland BBQ, a San Antonio BBQ truck I'd never heard of. I had a pork rib with sweet-potato souffle and a pulled-pork slider.
