Here's a pic of the half rack of pork ribs our party had on Saturday night at Perini Ranch Steakhouse. Really, really tough. Basically had to tear the meat from the bone with our teeth. Not exactly what you want from a rib. They were much better on my last trip to Perini.

In addition to hitting up Sharon's Barbeque this weekend, I also had some pork ribs from Perini Ranch Steakhouse in Buffalo Gap and got a to-go order from Mills Country BBQ Company in Goldthwaite. Pics from all 3 in a few days, so don't go anywhere.
