You win some, you lose some.

Here's a pic of the half rack of pork ribs our party had on Saturday night at Perini Ranch Steakhouse. Really, really tough. Basically had to tear the meat from the bone with our teeth. Not exactly what you want from a rib. They were much better on my last trip to Perini.

Wife and I went there on a trip through Abilene. I didn't order any Q from them but the other food we had was wonderful. I am skeptical of places that offer Q on the menu when that is not their "main" thing.

I agree. If a place isn't a BBQ joint, probably best to stay away from their BBQ items.
