Specht's Store closes tomorrow.

I hate to see Texas BBQ joints shutter. The latest I know of is Specht's Store Restaurant & Saloon (Bulverde, TX), which will close its doors tomorrow at 9PM. Here are all of my pictures from Specht's. Best wishes to them.

Second visit to (first meal at) Spechts Store

Specht's Store Restaurant & Saloon (Bulverde, TX) was closed the first time I stopped by, so I made sure it was open the second. We had dinner on the back patio, where an Irish band entertained us. You can dine inside, too, but the outside area, with room to move, is preferable when you have a toddler. We had brisket, brined chicken, pork ribs, sausage, potato salad, slaw, & beans.
