Ethiopian beef ribs at DAS (Washington, DC)

Had my first Ethiopian meal this past Sunday night at DAS in Georgetown (DC). One of our orders was Ethiopian-style beef short ribs, served with peppers, onions, cabbage, carrots, & rice. Here's how they looked:
