Best BBQ in Texas outside of Austin/Dallas/Houston triangle?
Look at a map of Texas. Draw a triangle connecting Austin, Dallas, & Houston. Now, tell me where to find the best BBQ in Texas OUTSIDE of that triangle. So, excluding those 3 big cities and everywhere between (i.e. inside the triangle), what is the best Texas BBQ joint?
