First meeting of the Austin Barbecue Society!

Monday night, I had the privilege of attending the first-ever gathering of the Austin Barbecue Society, organized & hosted by my buddy Matt Gross, who runs the blog Brisket Man. The 3-course dinner was prepared by Evan LeRoy, pitmaster of Freedmen's Bar, and the dessert was prepared by John Lewis, pitmaster of la Barbecue.
