QOTD: What's the longest you'll wait in line for BBQ?
As you know, lots of Texas BBQ joints have a long line of people waiting to order. Sometimes, those longs can be hours-long. My guess is that your line-time tolerance depends on the particular BBQ joint, but what is the max amount of time you'll wait in line?
