Complete event details will be posted tomorrow, but just letting you know that, due to high demand, those who have RSVP'd for the event (either via email, Facebook, or Yelp) will have scorecard priority for the first hour of the event (5-6 PM). Only those who have RSVP'd by 2 PM (Central) on Friday will be able to get a scorecard during that hour. Once 6 PM rolls around, it's wide open: anyone can get a scorecard.
The suggested scorecard donation is $3. The event is free to all of you, but it's definitely not free to us! As such, we will graciously accept any donation. Donations may be made at the gate, at the scorecard table, at the Man Up Texas BBQ table, or to any Man Upper (we'll be wearing Man Up Texas BBQ t-shirts and nametags). Of course, you don't have to donate; but we thank you in advance for donations, as they will help us defray our costs (posters, scorecards, bread, serving supplies, etc.).
