Yesterday, I posted pics from my Wednesday dinner at Stiles Switch with a new friend from Denver. Turns out that, before he headed back to Denver, he had a meal at Lamberts. Last night, he emailed me some pics from his visit. He started with wild-boar ribs and finished with a 3-meat plate of brisket, jalapeño sausage, pork ribs, baked mac & 3 cheeses, and jicama, carrot, & cilantro slaw.
