2:08 PM: Brad deftly adds more woodchips, while keeping the cigar in his mouth.
2:47 PM: Honestly, at this point, we are worried that this thing is going to be dry as a bone. We have BBQ sauce ready, just in case. At the very least, we managed to change the color of the foil; it reminds me of a HoneyBaked Ham, so we've at least got that to fall back on.
3:30 PM: We're out of fresh woodchips, so we decided to take it to the next level and use pieces of wood. Above, the wood is soaking. Forgive my tree-knowledge inadequacies, but I have no idea what kind of wood it is, so it looks like we're now smoking with mesquite and something else.
3:45 PM: The smoke had died down, so Brad adds some wood. Are you supposed to add more wood when the smoke dies down? We have no idea what we're doing, but we're going with it.
3:46 PM: Ready to close the cover
