Brisket updates

9:02 AM: After 24 hours of marinating, Brad puts the brisket in the smoker, fatty side down.

9:02 and a half AM: Only 10-12 hours to go

9:03 AM: The smoker is closed and smoking.

10:03 AM: Drew flips the brisket, fatty side up. At this point, we seriously considered eating it.

am eating light to save room in my belleh to eat a hunk of that big hunk of meat! droool...

if you eat it before dinner, i will eat you. Either way, I'm getting that brisket.
