I recently became buddies via email with the Tulsa Food Guy, who made a trip down South for a Central Texas BBQ swing. Upon his return and after having time to digest (literally and figuratively) what he ate, he put it all down on blog paper. The line was too long at Franklin & Louie Mueller was closed, but he hit up Milt's, Black's, Kreuz, and Smitty's. My sincere thanks to him for the kind words. Check it out.
