The Project
Comprise
signatures on an image of some of the best pitmasters, cooks and chefs in Texas
BBQ.
The Image
Vintage
steer Bar-B-Q sign in Corsicana, TX. Photographed December 22, 2012.
The Results
With
nearly 1600 miles covered, I was able to capture 33 (likely to increase due to
event being 2 months away) signatures, including the Top 4 BBQ places in Texas,
according to Texas Monthly. Other notable signatures are of Monroe Schubert of
Prause and Vencil Mares of Taylor Café, in addition to prior Texas Monthly top
pitmaster, John Fullilove of Smitty’s Market.
