1st visit to Gordo's Tortas (Austin, TX)

Last Saturday, Brad and I paid our first visit to Gordo's Tortas, a food trailer at 9601 Hwy 290 West, between Austin and Dripping Springs. We noticed from the road they have a smoker, and one of their signs said they BBQ, so we pulled in. We ordered pork ribs and some tacos (brisket and pulled pork).
