Yesterday, I introduced a new blog feature, "Smoker Spotlight." You send me a picture of your smoker(s), and I'll post it on the blog. The first submission came from Eric from Quebec City, Canada, who sent a pic of his homebuilt pellet smoker and propane gas smoker.
