Dinner at Q on the Riverwalk (San Antonio, TX)
Last Saturday night's dinner at Q on the Riverwalk at the Hyatt Regency in San Antonio: Oak-smoked Angust brisket & "Texas Dry Rubbed (Slightly 'Mopped')" St. Louis pork ribs, with rotisserie-roasted vegetables.
