QOTD: What's the best BBQ joint between Dallas & Houston?

It's one of the main thoroughfares in the state. Interstate 45 between Dallas & Houston. Distance: 239 miles. I've never made the drive, so I'm curious which BBQ joint along the way stands above the rest. So, simple question: What's the best BBQ joint on/near I-45 between Dallas & Houston?

I'll go with Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Huntsville!

Corkscrew BBQ, just off Exit 73 in the Woodlands. Here's Alison Cook of the Houston Chronicle's review from last week - http://t.co/Ej9LG00X

I have never made the full run, but Alma Smokehouse BBQ was pretty durned good the one time we sampled it.

Twitter reply: "Clyde's in Corsicana, although you could veer over to Fargo's in Bryan if you go the long way."

Mt. Zion in Huntsville is amazing, as is McKenzie's in Huntsville and Conroe now as well (I think... sadly I no longer live in the great state).
