Last night's dinner at Green Top Bar-B-Que (Dora, AL): outside-chopped pork sandwich. I'm usually not a fan of sauce already on meat, but the way the crunchy-ended, succulent pork melds with the thick sauce and soft bun makes this sandwich an easy exception. The two pickles are perfect complements. I grew up on this sandwich. Call me a homer, but this is easily one of the best BBQ sandwiches out there.
