What are your Top 5 Austin BBQ joints?

This morning, I've been thinking about how much the Austin BBQ scene has changed since I arrived here back in September 2007. Way more joints. More importantly, way better joints. Places continue to open for business.  Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here, but there are more BBQ joints in Austin than ever. That said, I'd love to read your in-order Top 5 Austin BBQ joints. And, to be clear, Austin proper. Not metro area. Not places up to an hour away. Within the Austin city limits. 1-2-3-4-5. Go...
