Sliders & greens at Bar-B-Cutie (Nashville, TN)

Last month, before flying back to Austin, I paid a visit to Bar-B-Cutie, a BBQ joint near the Nashville airport. I ordered sliders (turkey, pork, chicken) and turnip greens:
