QOTD: What's the best BBQ in San Antonio?

I'm in San Antonio, so I'm curious what BBQ joints folks prefer here. Like Austin, SA's BBQ offerings range from "fancy" sit-down places to BBQ trailers. What's your favorite?

Twitter response: "Two Guys was pretty good. I'm sure you know, but Gonzales opened up there several months ago. Haven't tried it yet.

Twitter response: "Not sure 'best bbq' exists in San Antone,Original Rudy's is my vote. Bill Millers has that town covered up, not in a good way"

Bob's Old Smokehouse on Fredericksburg Road, just outside of loop 410 is incredible. Of course, your clothes will smell of pit smoke the rest of the day, but it is killer 'Q. Check it out at www.oldsmokehouse.net

Two bros and augie's are pretty good. BBQ station has god meats but the sides are pretty bland. Since Rudy's chained out, not the same quality as it used to be.

Is Harmon's in Cibolo close enogh to be considered San Antonio? It's N.E. of San Antonio on Hwy 78.

Two Brothers is pretty good for lunch, but terrible for dinner in my limited expereice. Also, they changed their BBQ sauces for the worst...the original sauces were really good...the new ones are more standard and also include a knock off of Franklin's espresso sauce.

Let's keep it simple and go with SA proper.

The best bbq in San Antonio you will probably never taste because there are too many restrictions here to let us bbq freely for the public to enjoy but since i do take that risk I would say Morton's bbq is hands down the best slow smoked mesquite bbq you will taste down here. Bill Millers and Rudys have just commercialized bbq and if you don't see a bbq pit at a bbq place it is not real bbq.

When you get to San Antonio find Morton's on Twitter and after one bite you will know who has the best bbq in San Antonio

Smokehouse is legit and worth a visit if you're serious about your bbq.
