Before she headed back to Oz this past Saturday, I had dinner at Artz Rib House (Austin, TX) with Austin's favorite Aussie, Jess "Burger Mary" Pryles. She had beef ribs (which hardly had any meat on them), and I had the chopped-beef sandwich (which wasn't chopped; it looked more like pulled pork with sauce mixed in). The potato salad was fantastic.
