Lunch at Hays Co. Bar-B-Que (San Marcos, TX)

On Saturday, I stopped in San Marcos for lunch at Hays Co. Bar-B-Que. Half chicken and two pork ribs. After the meal, I had some brisket for dessert. Pics of that later. Only my 2nd time to stop in (It was called Woody's the first time I went.). Can't review the food b/c they're an affiliate of The Q Card. But I can ask, as I did that day via Twitter, "Why don't I go here more?" By the way, they're killing it, apparently. Slammed with business. Bringing in more staff. Word's out.
