Backyard BBQ: Brisket

Our 20th Backyard BBQ submission comes to us from Jeff Turner (@jeffturnerjr) in Midland, TX. His submission is a 10-pound certified Angus brisket he smoked last weekend for some friends. He smoked it over pecan and mesquite for 10 hours at 250 degrees. Guess my invitation got lost in the mail!
