What are the best (BBQ-joint) side items in Austin?

A Twitter conversation from last night sparked this question. @WestTX_BBQ tweeted, "Aside from the great #BBQ being made in Austin, I think the 'side' items have been taken to another lever (sic)." Is he correct? Regardless, out of the BBQ joints in Austin, which side items are the best?
