What's your favorite BBQ cookbook?

From time to time, publishers send me cookbooks they're promoting. Almost always, they are grilling cookbooks. But I'm interested in hearing if you have a favorite cookbook on what we consider "BBQ" - of course I, mean smoking or open-pit cooking, not grilling. So, anyone want to recommend to all of us such a cookbook? On the other hand, if you disagree with me and view BBQ as grilling meats, then let me know what your favorite grilling cookbook is.
