It oughtta be a (BBQ) law.

Today is the first day of another of Texas' biennial legislative sessions. Reminds me that, back in 1999 (House) & 2003 (Senate), the Texas Legislature deemed Lockhart, Texas, the "Barbecue Capital of Texas." If it were up to you, what laws/resolutions would you pass regarding Texas BBQ?

Must use Texas woods and meats. Must not serve Budweiser, Miller or Coors. Austin Beerworks, Hops & Grain, Independence, Live Oak, 512 Breweries must be served under pain of aforementioned punishments.
