Black's-Anjore-Zilker dinner

Earlier this month, I posted about a dinner collaboration among Black's Barbecue, Anjore, & Zilker Brewing. Man Upper Todd Plunk attended and sent me a write-up, with some pics:

"What do you get when you combine Oysters and Texas BBQ? ...A special collaboration with Anjore and Black's BBQ Austin! On January 14, Chef Deepa Shridhar teamed up with Barrett Black to create a one of a kind dish and came up with something truly amazing, an Oysters Rockefeller Kati Roll with Post Oak Smoked Gulf Oysters, Black's Smoked Sausage, and tikka masala BBQ sauce, all topped with house paneer. With just the right amount of spice, the pictures don't do this creation justice. The collaboration didn't stop there however, Zilker Brewing Co. brewed up some special beer for the evening brewed with Smoked Satsuma Syrup! Hopefully this will be the first of many collaborations hosted at Black's BBQ in Austin."
