"Over the Christmas holidays, I had the chance to visit Hard Eight BBQ in Coppell, TX. Entering through thesmoking pit and holding area, you're met with the sweet smell of smoke as you arrive. The menu is quite full, offering far more than just the standard brisket and ribs, so if you are in the mood for something different than the staple meat choices, this might just be your new place. I sampled quite a bit of the menu, and while the BBQ was good, I especially enjoyed the poppers. It's said pictures speak louder than words, so hope you enjoy these photos!"
