El Smokeador strikes again! First, these guys bring us butterfinger brisket; now, they're serving up chicken fried smoked brisket. In Texas, brisket and chicken-fried steak are ubiquitous, so this latest creation is definitely one after a Texan's heart...either in the "We love this!" sorta way or in the "This is clogging my arteries something serious!" sorta way.
