Man Up Texas BBQ highlighted in McCombs magazine
Last week, Man Up Texas BBQ was highlighted in McCombs Today, the magazine of The University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business. I am so honored to be included in the publication, as I am honored to teach at McCombs. The piece, The Business of Brisket, was written by Marissa Barnett.
