I hit Spicewood at 2:00 this past Saturday afternoon, so I stopped at Opie's Barbecue. I'd already had 2 lunches, so I didn't eat, but I snapped a photo of what you see when you walk in. There was a line waiting to order, and the place was packed. Meats weren't lasting in the serving pit long. After a few iced teas, I left at 2:40. Parking lot full.

Had Opie's during Memorial Day weekend. Tater Tot Cassarole was great, brisket moist, and used my leftover chicken to make chopped chicken sandwich the next day.
