Looking good! The only thing that disturbs me somewhat (even though I know how good they will taste) is to see those vaguely reptilian-looking "coils" of sausage, lol. Last time I made my own homemade sausage, I purposely ended up tying them off in short links, just so I wouldn't have to see them in such repose!
