Battle BBQ: Texas v. Florida

Today, I'm in muggy Miami for the BCS National Championship game. I asked people via Twitter where I should get BBQ in Miami, and the general consensus was to get back on a plane and return to Texas. But Florida's a lot more than just Miami, and there are great smoked meats to be had throughout the state, not least in the Panhandle. So, today, we pit Texas against Florida in Battle BBQ. Anyone out there wanna make the case for The Sunshine State?
