QOTD: What's the best sit-down-and-order-off-the-menu Texas BBQ joint?

At most Texas BBQ joints, you order at the counter & then take your seat. At some, however, you sit down, order off a menu, and the waiter/waitress brings your meal. The latter joints are the ones I'm concerned about today. Which of these sit-down-and-order-off-the-menu Texas BBQ joints is your favorite?

Twitter reply: "Lamberts...although I've still yet to have any of their 'cue other than chopped beef sandwich. Too busy eating Frito pie."

Lamberts is the only one I would currently go to, especially for weekend brunch. Although County Tavern in Kilgore is a great answer and I would enjoy going back there.

If anyone answers county line they should be banned from the website.
