QOTD: What's your single favorite Texas BBQ meal?
It may not be your normal favorite. It may not even be from your favorite place. But what is the single best meal you have ever had from a Texas BBQ joint/caterer? Name the place and exactly what you had. What made this one stand out above all the rest?

Twitter reply: "my single best - so far - has been @FranklinBbq. All the hype about Aaron is pure fact. It was just a Carnivore delight. Brisket - fat end - and pork ribs. Waited 2 hours and still loved it."
Twitter reply: "there was this meatloaf at Fort Hood in 1976 that I still remember..."
It was the first time I ate at Franklin's trailer. I had heard about him from Robb Walsh, so drove up from Houston and got there at 10am, was first in line for about 20 minutes (if that tells you how long ago it was). Ordered the Texas Trinity: fatty end brisket, pork ribs and sausage. Life changing.
Twitter reply: "Country Tavern is the best, ribs with sauce are awesome."
Twitter reply: "The single best BBQ meal I've ever had was at Cooper's in Llano. Stars aligned that day. Brisket. And some chunk of pork...can't recall what. It was a perfect day, perfect BBQ. Etched in my mind forever."
Twitter reply: "I will buck the trend and go with Opie's. The ribs"
Twitter reply: "my 1st @FranklinBbq experience at the trailer. 9 of us took down 8lbs of meat in 11 min I also ate the sugar cookie"
Twitter reply: "Haven't had the chance to have @FranklinBbq yet, but for me ribs, brisket & dirty rice @GatlinsBBQ. Go there when in Houston"
