One word: Buzzitos

Recently, Rich, Rex, Brad, and Russell manned up with Todd and others at Opie's for some home-brewed beer and Buzzitos. According to Todd, a Buzzito is "a Brew-Nite concoction of leftover BBQ on a flour tortilla with beans, shredded cheese, onions, and peppers, cooked on a griddle, then topped with avocado slices, spicy queso, Opies sweet-and-spicy BBQ sauce and, for the brave, a hot sauce called Gringo Killer." I wasn't there to feel the full force of the tray-sized masterpieces, but they gave the Man Uppers all they could handle - as the last few pictures reveal.
