Had dinner last night at Rudy's on 360 for the first time in a while. Sat outside at a picnic table for a bit before dinner. I love the atmosphere (as I do at most Rudy's locations). They've got new ice machines, with crushed ice, so that's a positive. My standard half chicken was good, but the breast was too dry. The slice of cutter's-choice brisket I had was more moist and flavorful than the slice of pork loin, and the pork ribs were just too chewy to be worth it. If you're gonna go with ribs at Rudy's, I say go baby back.
